Do all plans include sales reports?
Yes. Every plan — Small, Medium and Big — has full sales reporting: X-Reading, Z-Reading, and daily & monthly reports.
Can I accept GCash or Maya on the Small plan?
Yes. Every plan accepts cash and GCash / Maya QR. Debit/credit card acceptance is on the Big plan.
Are the order board, loyalty cards and combos available on Small?
Yes. The kitchen/bar order board, loyalty stamp cards, combos & set pricing, and the Senior/PWD VAT-exempt discount are included on every plan — Small, Medium and Big.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Kopi enters a short grace period, then the POS locks to a 'Subscribe Now' screen. Your data stays safe and syncs once you renew.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime, from the portal. Your features and device limit update on the next license check.
